Our monthly meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at St Mary’s church hall, Horsell, Woking, GU21 4QQ from 7.30pm to 10pm. (see map)
Members bring current work to read for constructive feedback from other members. Volunteers chair, take minutes and bring refreshments.
At the end of each meeting the chair suggests a homework theme for next time, although writing to the theme is by no means compulsory. Visitors are very welcome and can attend twice before committing to the £24 annual subscription.
To contact Woking Writers Circle please email our chair Peter Morley at email@example.com.
The secretary of Woking Writers Circle is Amanda Briggs (email firstname.lastname@example.org)
Our primary focus is on the creative process. The guiding principle of Woking Writers Circle should be freedom of expression. In most circumstances we would not seek to curtail a member’s right to that. However, we would ask members to respect other people’s views and beliefs and consider your impact on others when making your contribution. The group remains tolerant, inclusive and respectful to all.
